    Thanks, DM, it was nice and relatively peaceful. We considered it a test for Christmas when we will have anywhere from six to 11 additional people here. We now know which foods can be cooked a day ahead and which ones Should. Never. Ever. Be. Cooked. Ahead under any circumstance.
